The answer I received was three things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First, the number of phone rings has decreased.<\/strong> As customers became able to check and book their desired times directly, the number of phone calls, which used to ring dozens a day, decreased noticeably. This allowed me to focus more time on the customer right in front of me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Second, no-shows have decreased.<\/strong> With automatic notification messages sent before and after reservations, guests have the effect of checking their schedules themselves. This effectively reduces one task that the owner does not have to handle individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Third, customer data began to accumulate.<\/strong> As information on who visits, how often, and preferred time slots was naturally recorded, data was generated that can be used when considering retention marketing in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mrs. Lauren does not view marketing merely as &quot;executing advertisements.&quot; We believe that relieving business owners of daily inconveniences one by one, so they can focus on their core business, is also the beginning of marketing.
