Step 3, Purchase.<\/strong> This is the stage that leads to actual inquiries or payments. The more complex the reservation, consultation, and ordering processes are, the more likely customers are to give up midway. How simply you make the procedures for this stage determines the conversion rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4, Repurchase.<\/strong> This is the stage where you ensure the customer returns rather than stopping at the first purchase. Small features, such as follow-up notifications, reminder messages, and loyalty benefits, determine this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
